Check if typescript declaration is available for an addon ?

Hi,
It will be cool if the emberobserver score takes into account of the typescript declaration availability.
And have a link to the dependencies that provides this declaration, like npmjs.com (https://www.npmjs.com/package/ember, right to the package name)

I have the sentiment that typescript is used more and more in ember projets, and emberobserver can enforce the typescript adoption to addons maintainers.
