The demo video's last frame said 'No published demo video'

Scene 7 shoots this card. The narration over it says 'Two honest gaps, both on
screen' while the card listed three, and the third one denied the existence of
the video a judge was watching at that moment.

The third bullet was never an engineering limitation anyway. It was submission
status -- true for a few days, stale after -- and two thirds of it was a
consequence already stated: no Hub entry and no Marketplace listing BECAUSE
code/run-code and HTTP Request are plan-gated. Folded into the gate that causes
them, which is where a reader can act on it.

What is left is two gaps that are properties of the build rather than of the
calendar: it runs on testnet, and the decision runs beside KeeperHub instead of
inside it. Both stay until the chain or the plan changes.
