I'm having trouble following the tutorial on "Unity Basics" page

Steps

1. go to: https://ecsact.dev/start/tutorials/unity/basic-example
2. in the top right of "on this page" click on "Creating an Entity"
3. I'm unsure where i should be putting this line of code in unity for the csharp script:
   

and the section below it as well, i am not sure where i should be putting the code in my script

following the tutorial feels unclear and I'm not sure if i am doing these things correctly
when it talks about executionOptions I don't know how to create that into a script or if these two should be together in a csharp script.
