Hi!, I'm using the Pro versión of the plugin and AWS service, but it is giving me the "Face match failed. Please contact to the admin" message.
I made a test app with the AWS secret and access key on C# with the same pictures i've downloaded from the proctoring report on moodle, and it gives me 95% similarity so i don't know what's wrong, or what i need to configure extra.
