Listbox: Using arrow keys in a listbox doesn't prevent default page scroll

Expected behavior:
When navigating a listbox with arrow keys, the page should not scroll.

Actual behavior:
Using arrow keys in the MIND pattern listbox examples, active-descendant changes and the page scrolls.

Example:
I see this behavior on the MIND examples, but not in the makeup-js examples.
