Display the version number

It would be useful to add the version number to the output when using the app
or maybe add the ability to add mutiple parameters like:
steamguard.exe -V -u username trade

You can get the version with steamguard --version or steamguard -V. What are you trying to do?

Basically I want to get rid of the need to use that command, so I would see the version every time I use the app.
What currently the output is like:

INFO reading manifest from C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\steamguard-cli/maFiles
Enter encryption passkey:

---

and what I'm requesting would look like this for example:

steamguard-cli 0.17.1
INFO reading manifest from C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\steamguard-cli/maFiles
Enter encryption passkey:

[dyc3]

I guess it could make sense to always output the version on the debug log level. Feel free to send a PR.
