tab组件默认自带导航，设置ClickTabToNavigation属性还是不能解决

使用模板创建项目确实没有问题，但不是模板还是为遇到问题。
我上传创建项目的整个过程，大佬可以看看。

需要添加这个 。 但文档没有要求 。问题已经解决，

我用项目模板 Per page/component 模式的项目，也是一样，TabItem 一点击就跳转走了。
然后也是需要在App.razor 中修改为 <HeadOutlet @rendermode="new InteractiveServerRenderMode(false)" />

在Routes.razor 中指定rendermode Tab 也能正常用，但是Table的按钮就不能用了
