I am in my 50's and don't understand all of this coding/licensing stuff with computers now a days. I worked for the department of corrections in pennsylvania for like 20 years. Back then we were told the department would purchase the Microsoft Office Licenses for us to use at work. But when i registered my Microsoft account at work, I used "My personal email address" at the time. I didn't know how to do that stuff, and at the time our IT person accepted a new position at another prison. And so my "Microsoft Office Business Account License" was paid for by the department for me to use for work. However, I guess I didnt realize that when I created the "Microsoft Business Account" that I should not have used "My Personal Email Address" to register for the "business account". I retired back in 2022 and never thought about it again until "My Personal" home Computer started having issues. But I still use this "Personal Email address" for many of my "Personal Accounts" such as Netflix, cvs, Iheart radio and many, many more, etc. I am not even sure if there is any files even on that "Microsoft Office Business Account" anymore because i didnt pay for the license. However, i just tried to login to it today and was still able to with "My Personal Computer", but i dont have the first clue of how to fix it. Can you just close the "Microsoft Business Account" side of it and let me keep "My Personal Email Address"? I just assumed all the files were lost when I retired. "My old computer" here at home was having all sorts of issues. Everyone kept telling it has been hacked. I even reported it to Microsoft back in 2023 when all of this stuff started happening with "My Personal Account" on my computer. I do not remember who I spoke to at the time at Microsoft, but he told me that I wasn't hacked. That was when "Windows 11" was being pushed out. So, I took my computer to Geek Squad many, many times to have them try to fix it for me. They told me that I has some kind of computer virus on that computer, so therefore, had to buy another one. I still have both off them computers now. But the old one isn't migrating well with the "Windows 11 Automated Systems". I was even on the phone for many hours trying to have netgear people to try and fix the issues for me too. They just didn't know what to do or how to fix it for me. But if you can fix this for me I would be, so very grateful. I can give you any information you need, if I can help get this mess straightened out. It would be a miracle, Thank God! I also do have my very own current "Personal Microsoft Account" paid subscription. it just renewed in March 2026. Please get back to me anyway possible so I know if there is any hope of cleaning this mess up, so it can be fixed properly! Thank you in advance for your time and help, if possible, and God bless you! I don't know if I can put any of my personal information in here to have someone reach out to me? But, I can give you a different email address to contact me so we can discuss and verify the compromised "Microsoft Business Accout Email Address.

You can contact me at: chelle_72@hotmail.com

Thank you again!
