Please ASAP - can you update the certificate for ajax.microsoft.com as the ajax bundles are not available over ajax.microsoft.com or ajax.aspnetcdn.com.

Its causing Azure B2C issues as well as it uses that CDN for Bootstrap JS and CSS. Ripple effect.

Same issue here. The Microsoft bot framework here https://dev.botframework.com/ fails for me due to this. I have created a support ticket through the Admin Center, and the response I received indicates that due to an unexpectedly high volume of support requests, response times may be delayed.
