Remove ".NET Core Diagnostics Client Library example" section

Description

The ".NET Core Diagnostics Client Library example" section at the end of this doc doesn't seem to be related to using the browser dev tools to do performance profiling of Blazor WebAssembly apps. Can we remove this section from this doc?
