Remark on the launch URL in the Swagger section

Safia 👋 ... It seems like the Use Swagger UI for local ad-hoc testing section should probably indicate that the dev should still access the Swagger UI at the /swagger endpoint. It's well known, but I forgot and had to look it up when I implemented the approach in a Blazor sample app. To automate the launch, I recommend "launchUrl": "swagger", in the launch settings.

I'll assign myself and work this remark into the section tomorrow (Thursday). Let me know if you'd prefer that it not be added or if you prefer someone else to work this issue.
