Document Server Sent Event result type support in minimal APIs

Starting in .NET 10 Preview 3, minimal APIs provides a built-in result type for ServerSentEvents. We should consider documenting this as an item on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/fundamentals/minimal-apis/responses?view=aspnetcore-9.0.

@guardrex Sure -- does moving it to the What's New issue also account for updating the existing results doc page for minimal APIs?

Yes, it does. We update both the What's New article and the reference content.

How they're worked in terms of using an issue depends on the doc author. Sometimes, we'll just make an "addresses" PR against the What's New issue. Other times, the doc author will create an issue. In this case, they might re-open the ones you created; but because they don't have our metadata, they'll probably open a new issue for each from the bottom of the appropriate article.
