@Rick-Anderson, it looks like you deleted the previous versions (includes/first-web-api3-7.md) when dealing with postman and decided to limit it to >= 7:

My opinion is that the link can be removed (also in older versions of this page).
It's already mentioned as an option right above.

The other reason is that otherwise the page would be "overloaded" with instructions on how the test API.
Ideally, this information is shareable across pages, so for example, it can also be referenced from the Minimal API documentation.

Let me know if I can help with re-adding the docs, or by removing the link.
