Improve Production Build Performance & Stability

• Goal: Speed up production builds and protect them from future Svelte build breakages.
• How: Update deploy.yml (production) to match the best practices in preview.yml:
  • Add the Set up node. step.
  • Enable npm caching to avoid downloading all packages on every production deploy, reducing build times.
