- Update `<require plugin>` from `net.infotexture.dita-bootstrap` → `org.dita-bootstrap.html` (drop the redundant commented-out duplicate). - Update DTD PUBLIC ID `-//Infotexture//DTD DITA Bootstrap Extension Topic//EN` → `-//DITA Bootstrap//DTD DITA Bootstrap Extension Topic//EN` in sample/index.dita. - Update remaining `infotexture/*` URLs and `infotexture.github.io/dita-bootstrap` references in CI workflow and sample to the new `dita-bootstrap` org / `dita-bootstrap.github.io` site; CI install line `net.infotexture.dita-bootstrap.lunr` → `org.dita-bootstrap.lunr`.

@jason-fox I realize this will probably require parallel changes to the specialization plug-in, but it seemed to make sense to implement the change here along with the others, and use the new org name here too.
