Subject: [PATCH] fix(ai-commands): retire dead fallback model ID

The ask-prime fallback default was claude-sonnet-4-20250514, retired
2026-06-15 and now returning 404 — so /ask-prime failed whenever the
sentinel-prime provider had no models configured. Changed to claude-sonnet-5.

Only retired-ID reference on the v3.3 lineage.
