sagemaker role for the code

i'm trying to run the code
and i get this exception:
ClientError: An error occurred (AccessDeniedException) when calling the CreateTrainingJob operation
i'd like to know
if the code is running on a notebook instance or on a training job
and under what role (is it the sagemaker full access?)
