Sometimes Explorer++ doesn't update folder contents when the contents are changed by other programs #606

Description

@UndeadKitten

Describe the bug
Some changes in folders seem to not get automatically detected by Explorer++. I've experienced this under normal day to day circumstances, and I don't know what specifically triggers it to happen at those times, but I was able to reproduce it by making changes in Windows File Explorer, and those changes not appearing in Explorer++ until you manually refresh with F5.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the same folder in Explorer++ and Windows File Explorer
  2. Rename a file in Windows File Explorer
  3. Delete a file in Windows File Explorer
  4. See neither change is represented in Explorer++

Expected behavior
Detect when any changes are made to the contents of open folders and represent those changes in Explorer++.

Version (please complete the following information):

  • Explorer++ version: 1.5.0.2777 dev (64-bit build)
  • OS: Windows 11

Additional context
When creating a new file in Windows File Explorer, that new file did immediately appear in Explorer++.
