This is an archival design contribution, not a code change or roadmap change. Proposal: keep review documents, manifests, previews, lineage/reuse notes, and release metadata in dcrdesign, and stage the heavy asset payloads as GitHub Release assets attached to the repository. This package is intended to serve as public creative feedstock for future community-made content.
This issue is intended as a concrete implementation follow-up to #224, which discussed collecting release-grade design files in Git while keeping text documents and archival structure reviewable.

Publication Notes
- Heavy binaries will not be committed into Git history.
- Canonical upstream release URLs are pending maintainer publish.
- Initial staging release assets will be published on the
aroncodex/dcrdesign fork and then linked back into this issue with sizes and checksums.
