Openshift URL is not working after shutdown & start EC2 master node

Hi,
I've followed your steps and launched openshift on AWS EC2. However, URL (https://master-node-public-IP.nip.io:8443) was working fine till instance up and running, but it's not working after shutdown and start as the public IP changed. If I use elastic IP, it will work but if there is any alternate way to resolve the issue is appreciated.
