Hishtory should not log `hishtory redact` commands in the command history

The main purpose of the redact command is to find and remove potentially senstive information from the command history, which means there's a reasonable chance that it will be called with a search term that is itself sensitive, which makes including the hishtory redact command itself in the history a bad idea.
