FR: provide a way to search for non-English content. #723

Description

@tyler36

Issue

Recently been delighted to see an uptick in non-English blogs and presentations. #722 highlights Spanish, French and Japanese community content.
However, we don't provide an easy way for developer to find it.

It would be nice to provide a link to a team-leader that lists "Japanese" community content.

Solution

Thinking about solutions and maintainability.

  • Add a "language" tag ("Spanish", "French", "Japanese"), allowing searching by tag like we for blogs ("Videos", "Community" ...)
    • Most non-English content is hosted elsewhere so there little local content to tag.
    • Compatibility and localization issues: Eg. Would we tag Japanese content as "日本語" (you may need correct fonts to see the correct word) , "Japanese" ?
  • Provide a dedicate section on the site that contains all links to all non-English content.
    • Would be easy to share via <h?> links but probably be manually maintained. Duplicates some of awesome-ddev, which hasn't seen much love recently.

Would love to hear other's thought. Is it needed or be of benefit.
