Add curl display, SSO login with token cache, bump version to 0.1.x

- Show API call as copyable curl command below Execute button
- Add SSO Login connection mode using ~/.databricks/token-cache.json
- Silently refresh expired tokens via OIDC; fall back to browser OAuth
- Run browser OAuth in background thread with polling to avoid blocking UI
- Bump version scheme from v0.0.x to v0.1.x
