Please can you add a new time function to show the day of the year i.e. for Jan 1st 001, July 24th, returns 205 etc.

I've prepared an implementation of this request in my fork:

Add a padded day-of-year clock format token

It adds {dayOfYear} with a preset and insert button in the format editor. It produces three digits (001–366) using the selected time zone, handles leap years, and can be used in a format such as NY {HH:mm:ss} ({yyyy}{dayOfYear}).

All 124 tests and formatting checks pass, including new tests for leap years and time-zone boundaries at New Year.

GitHub would not let me open a pull request because the repository currently allows PR creation only by collaborators. Could you advise how you would prefer this contribution to be submitted? The commit is based directly on master at 4287ca7 and is separate from the taskbar-position fix for #157.
