epub-type-has-matching-role rule not applicable

ACE reports the epub-type-has-matching-role error even when no corresponding ARIA role is allowed in the given context:

According to the EPUB Type to ARIA Role Authoring Guide, the ARIA role doc-chapter is only permitted on section elements. Therefore, there is no valid matching role for this element in this context. A related issue was already raised and resolved in #433.

Confirmed that this is still an issue in the current version 1.4.6.

Given the discussion in #433 about avoiding code exceptions for legacy/abandoned IDPF specs, moving the epub:type attribute up to an enclosing <section> container (where role="doc-chapter" is structurally valid) seems like the best authoring workaround for now.

However, confirming that the current behavior indeed forces this strict warning on heading contexts, in case anyone else stumbles upon this thread looking for why it flags.
