Coverage in forward strand V.S. reverse srand? #1

Hi Xietao,

TNER is an excellent tool for ctDNA error supression, one thing I realized is that we always have a higher coverage in forward strand than the reverse for all healthy samples, is this always the case? I see what TNER does now is to simply add them up, will it affect the estimation of BMER?

Thank you!
