by the way may you add ability to select the extension language regardless of browser or system language?

متأسفانه این محدودیت اصلی پیاده‌سازی i18n پیش‌فرض کروم است — برای تغییر زبان افزونه، باید زبان مرورگر را تغییر بدید:

ممکنه در آینده به یه پیاده‌سازی سمت کلاینت مثل vue-i18n نگاه کنم که از تغییر زبان مستقل پشتیبانی می‌کنه، اما ارزیابی و پیاده‌سازی درستش یه‌کم زمان می‌بره:

از سر کنجکاوی، چرا می‌خواید زبان افزونه با زبان مرورگرتون فرق داشته باشه؟

Unfortunately this is a core limitation of Chrome's default i18n — changing the extension language requires changing your browser language. I may look into a client-side solution like vue-i18n that supports independent language switching, but it'll take some time to properly evaluate and implement. Out of curiosity, why would you prefer the extension in a different language than your browser?

thank you that would be great! just so you know i want it cuz i use Zen browser as my deafult and bad things happen when i use Persian (any rtl-lang) fo it, it gets messy, not only this! most android apps ( perhaps cuz of their developers!) UI's not compatible with rtl languages so i prefer the core apps and os to use English as default and if i need any app with another language so i just change that one!

by the way details of tooltips that shows up on hovering (i) icons are so less that would be so much nicer if you add much more info in there for rookies

ممنون از توضیح! کاملاً منطقیه، اگه RTL باعث مشکل در مرورگر یا اپ‌های دیگه بشه، مجزا نگه‌داشتن زبان‌ها خیلی منطقی‌تره.

درباره tooltip ها هم حق با شماست — یه‌سری جاها میانبر زدم تا نسخه جدید رو زودتر منتشر کنم و اون‌ها یکیشون بودن. سعی می‌کنم تا نسخه بعدی بهشون رسیدگی کنم.

درباره i18n هم در نظر می‌گیرم. وقتی فرصت شد، چند فریمورک دیگه رو بررسی می‌کنم تا ببینم جایگزین مناسبی برای پیاده‌سازی بومی هست یا نه.

Thanks for explaining — that makes total sense. If RTL causes issues in your browser and other apps, keeping the language separate is the logical approach. You're right about the tooltips — I cut a few corners to get the new version out and that was one of them. I'll aim to improve those by the next release. I'll also keep the i18n issue in mind. When I get some time I'll evaluate a few frameworks and see if there's a suitable replacement for the native implementation. Thanks again for the support and feedback, really appreciate it!
