Issue in cmf upgrade - Control flow fields

Hello,

We are currently performing an upgrade of CM MES from version 10.2.5 to 10.2.7.

At the moment, we are encountering issues during the upgrade of the control flow JSON files. The upgrade process expects mandatory converters and task properties that are not actually present in these types of workflows.

After a brief analysis, we found that the UpdateIoTWorkflow utility enforces validation for these properties, which appears to be causing the issue.

Could you please investigate this behavior and provide a fix?

@jrk94 From what I could gather, a refactor to this tool was already in place by @jsousa02, but I can do it, of course. It's a matter of alignment.

The cmf upgrade is currently being refactored due to #759 , because now the upgrade process will follow/become the official (product maintained) process. I believe the goal is for this to be released for 6.0.0. If a fix is needed before that we will need to perform the fix on the current code.
