Display multiple uploaded image(s) for idea in task view

As a user, I want to see the image(s) an idea contributor added when they submitted the idea when I'm doing activities.

Acceptance criteria:

• include a featured photo as a thumbnail for the idea
• display additional photos if they exist, either below the idea description or behind a show more images option
• standardize the display of images of various sizes and aspect ratios
