SL4 appendix + marketing delta table + porting guide

SL4 doc-only appendix (hardware seams: GetKey→secure element, write-once BlockDevice, protected clock). Collate the per-tag measurements/T<n>.txt into the marketing delta table, and the tag diffs into the porting guide. Sub-issue of #1.
