update_player_info: Received null data from get_player_info!

I'm in the process of trying to reproduce #32 and am totally unable to connect a Concerto Player VM to a Concerto Server VM. Steps to reproduce:

• Import player and server VM's
• Create self-signed SSL cert on server and reconfigure Apache
• Bypass kiosk mode on player and trust the SSL certificate
• Enter https server URL into player
• Get error "Failed to set URL: Could not connect to Concerto server."

At this point, I went over to the code for get_player info and saw that it was going to concerto_url/hardware/players/current.json

I went to this in my own browser and got a 404. This doesn't seem to be a valid path.

I should mention that after going through the process once, I added mod_rewrite statements to redirect all HTTP requests to HTTPS, just in case.
