Add Redis Server 8.8.0 binaries

Add Redis Server 8.8.0 binaries.
For Windows they are available here: https://github.com/zkteco-home/redis-windows (they added as project files, not in Release).

In the releases tab I see only source code. The binary is in the gitrepo. So I guess you can get the latest version from this URL: https://github.com/zkteco-home/redis-windows/raw/refs/heads/master/redis-server.exe. But there is no way to get a stable version.

Unless I can get older stuff from the repo somehow.

I'm hesitant to include binaries directly into this project. What I tend to do is provide a relatively easy way to configure the code to download from a specific URL.

Yeah he is using tags to mark the individual versions and you can actually get that:
https://github.com/zkteco-home/redis-windows/raw/refs/tags/8.8.0/redis-server.exe
