Add dependency checks

[THEGOLDENPRO]

• Check a 64 bit binary of NSIS exits
• Strict dependency checks (can be skipped with --no-strict)
  • Check NSIS binary matches allowed sha256 checksums
  • Check windres 64 bit binary matches allowed sha256 checksums
  • Check if glibc version of system is too new
