runtimex obtains the goroutine id via an assembly getg() that reads the
runtime g pointer. This assembly only existed for amd64 and arm64, so on
riscv64 the declaration func getg() unsafe.Pointer had no body and the
build failed with runtimex.go:41:6: missing function body (reported in #5).

This PR:

• adds g_riscv64.s, which returns the g pointer (held in the g
  register, moved to X10 per the RISC-V calling convention);
• extends the build tag from arm64 || amd64 to
  arm64 || amd64 || riscv64 in runtimex.go, and updates the negated
  tag in runtimex_other.go accordingly, so riscv64 uses the real
  implementation instead of the ErrUnimplemented fallback.
