Nope, we now need to pay close attention to both licensing and packaging, after legal review with the CNCF

@ibotty From what I read here, the preferred repository is indeed apt.postgresql.org:

The PGDG (PostgreSQL Global Development Group) repository is the recommended source; other Debian repositories are acceptable provided they meet the same standards.
