autoPeak picking is not merging multiplets peaks into a broad peak

now, there is an error from the optimizer

currently the method depends that more than 5 peaks are lower or equal to max of ddY value times broadRatio.

isCantidate = peak.ddy <= maxDdy * broadRatio

Currently the default value for broadRatio is 0.00025, seems from the list of peaks, only 4 peaks reach this condition. But if the broadRatio Is reduced to 0.0025 the number of candidates is incremented but.

The number of candidates depends of the maxDdy value, would depends of the data in the window passed to the xyAutoPeaksPicking function

I propose to calculate the maxDdy of the full spectrum before call xyAutoPeaksPicking function to ensure the correct behavior of the peak detection and join peaks under a broad signal, because the current method compare the ddy values to assign if this signal is smooth.
