author for gh pages, wiki, readme

no idea how to do this. probably need to dig into the repo to get list of people who have modified a given file. we can't even do that for pages, since there isn't necessarily a one-to-one correspondence between an html page and a source file. we would have to modify schema to handle multiple authors.

This is a major undertaking unless I'm missing something obvious.
