I am asking for a log similar to the subp function in the cloud-init repo as it would help debugging

The cloud-init's subp has a logstring in order to replace sensitive logs. If we add the log.debug in pycloudlib, I guess we will have to check all existing references to ensure they do not have sensitive logs or to set the log mask
