[Bug]: Time tracking does not work when the Pomodoro Timer is started via hotkey #1930

Bug Description

When I start a Pomodoro session using the hotkey, it appears that time tracking is not being recorded for the task. I acknowledge there is a small possibility that tracking is running in the background and simply not being displayed in the status bar — but based on what I have observed, I believe this is unlikely.

A few days ago, I completed multiple Pomodoro focus sessions using the hotkey. During my daily review, I checked the formulas in my default.base — specifically timeTrackedFormatted and timeTrackedToday — and noticed that the total time shown was significantly less than the total time I had actually spent in focus sessions. Additionally, when time tracking is working correctly, I would expect to see a border around the task or a bar-like indicator to the left of the task's status icon circle — but neither of these was visible.

For reference: when I start a Pomodoro session using the Start button on the Pomodoro Timer page itself, time tracking works correctly. Additionally, using the hotkey to pause and resume a session started via the button also works correctly. The issue appears to be specific to starting a session via hotkey.

(Windows & Mac)

Steps to Reproduce

1.Register a hotkey for "Start Pomodoro Timer"
2.Choose task in the Pomodoro Timer
3.Trigger the hotkey
