I want to get the readset file used by genpipes providing a run number.
Here is how it would work.
- I list the run that have been ingest up to now in a project.
- I pick the run I am interested in
- I request the readset and pair file from that run number
- I get the file and a list of all the readset that do not have a pair so it cannot be included in the pair file.
