Based on the Alternative_Solutions_(WASI_Wasm).md provide technical notes on:

• Proposed standards process changes for continued standardization based on WASI 0.1 while not slowing WASI 0.2+ / WASI 1.0 RC work

(Perhaps the following would be better as it's own presentation - keep note above focused?)

• Proposed standard process changes with phase gate quality measured based on NFRs; performance metrics compared to same operation (if possible) in native / WASI 0.1 / CM model.

• How CM based binaries can execute on non CM enabled core-wasm runtimes
