Release Tag and PyPI

Hi,

I'd like to use ImmuneApp in an nf-core pipeline, which requires a Docker container via BioContainers. Having ImmuneApp available as a PyPI package with a tagged GitHub release would make this integration straightforward.

Would you be open to this? I'd be happy to help with the packaging work.

Since I haven't heard back, I'm planning to proceed with packaging ImmuneApp for PyPI and Bioconda as immuneapp-cli. Attribution and citation will point to your group and the paper; this is just packaging to make installation easier for downstream pipelines. I'll aim to have it available on PyPI and Bioconda in ~2 weeks. If you'd prefer to do it yourselves or want to collaborate, please let me know before then.
