Automatic guidance

As a user, I would like to enter descriptive terms like "astringent" or "bitter" and receive automatic guidance about how to change my brew technique (especially ratio), so that I can make better coffee next time.

Really love this idea and want to include it for sure. It adds a lot of complexity though, so don't want to rush into building this out. Hope to post some designs/wireframes of how I see this working soon!
