Update printed status of label if printed successfully

Update the label printing javascript to send another request to the membership server to set the printed status of the label. Add a safety check to ensure we can't update labels of other members.

The place to implement this would be in an else statement after this if block https://github.com/bristolhackspace/hackspace-mgmt/blob/2171bc8a3ae5d6be03ebfd66dad7c28f7fb24af8/hackspace_mgmt/templates/label.html#L33C1-L38C14. A request would be sent to an endpoint in https://github.com/bristolhackspace/hackspace-mgmt/blob/main/hackspace_mgmt/general/label.py to mark the label as printed
