Add POPS support

Adding POPS PS1 games support will be neat of a feature like it is in OPL Manager

I'm not against having this, but POPS is kind of the worst way to run psx games on ps2 so in a way I'm glad it's so hard to configure. I suspect many people don't realize it's an actual emulator that runs on the ps2 so the games run with lag and other issues. I don't know this for a fact but it wouldn't surprise me if OPL removed the easy support for it that they had at one point and make you jump through all the hoops now just to discourage its use.
