Here is a list of Boutiques features which are currently not covered in the tutorial:

• Tests: should be added to Section "Publishing your own tool". To be adapted from Section "Tests" in https://github.com/boutiques/boutiques/blob/0.5.20/README.md
• Workflow engines: there could be examples of Boutiques tool usage with Nipype, Clowdr, and Spark. @ValHayot wrote examples for Nipype and Spark. @gkiar could help adding an example with Clowdr.
• Web platforms: we could refer to the integration of Boutiques in CBRAIN, VIP, Brainlife.
• The full Python API (not just bosh) should be documented (Document Python API boutiques#254) and referred to.
• Add an example to import BIDS apps
• Add an example with argparse (current section isn't really an example)
• Add a CWL example
