Subject: [PATCH 1/2] feat(registry): onboard official bar plugin

Registers bitty-terminal.bar (Unified Bar) as an official plugin:
registry/official/bar.toml plus the plugins/bar submodule pin at
fcc02f6 (bar main tip, includes R1 seq-labels and R2 scratchpad
render). generated/registry.json rebuilt via just registry-generate
(5 -> 6 plugins); the artifact was never hand-edited.

Refs #65 (CTX-0031, W-122).

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] fix(registry): bump sdk pin to workspace-capability
 mainline

The sdk gitlink (c9c962f, PR #52) predates the workspace-capability
commit 4f9f1ba (CTX-0063/B1 #134), so registry-validate with
initialized submodules lints bar against a stale closed capability
set missing workspace.read/workspace.control. Move the pin to SDK
main d915535 (verified == ls-remote HEAD); no SDK code change needed.

Reviewer NEEDS-FIX item 7 (CTX-0031, PR #70).
