Improvement Suggestions for Bitcoin Optech Website

While reviewing the Bitcoin Optech website (bitcoinops.org), I noticed several areas that could be improved to make the site more user-friendly:

Workshops:

• Future Workshops: It would be very helpful to have an overview of planned workshops. If none are currently scheduled, a message indicating that no dates are currently available would be useful.
• Workshop History: A page or button with an overview of all past workshops (with details on topics, participants, etc.) would be a great addition.

Dashboard:

• Functions: A clear and understandable explanation of the dashboard's functions and capabilities would greatly enhance its utility.

Topics:

• Search Function: Integrating a search function would significantly improve the ease of finding relevant topics.

I am happy to assist in implementing these suggestions if needed.

Regarding the Dashboard, it’s been broken for a while, so we actually have a PR to remove links to it: #1599

I like the idea of a search function, I have at times tried to find a specific newsletter that mentioned something, although I can usually find it via the topics or by grepping, a search would be more accessible. Making a good search function is not trivial, though. There is also some work on Workshops, but I guess we will have more on that in due time.
