Particle and Lighting Effects

Particle and lighting effects would help the game to look way better.

• Bullets dropping out of the ground while shooting
• Lighting effects while shooting
• Effects of breaking shields / blood when shooting players
• Effects for shooting different materials

This issue is gonna be on hiatus until I can figure out how to make GLSL happy with arrays, since it just straight up doesn't do what I ask it to.
