installation problems

Hi, thanks for putting this package together,

If I make a new venv and pip install seqouya, it gives the following error:

sequoya 0.9.0 depends on dask[complete]==1.2.2
jmetalpy 0.9.0 depends on dask[complete]==1.0.0

Any workaround please?
(Also please mention numpy in the requirenments.)

Getting this when trying to install with pip

AttributeError: module 'configparser' has no attribute 'SafeConfigParser'. Did you mean: 'RawConfigParser'?

Git does not work either.
